We’ve got ourselves a little intermittent glitch that’s causing some orders to ‘hang’ and not complete, which means some folks are buying things and then not receiving a download link until Mongo notices, rolls his sleeves up, and sends the order out manually.
Sorry about this: we’re working to find out what exactly is causing the problem – something to do with PayPal, it would seem, but it’s a bit unclear what. Meanwhile, if you buy from us and don’t get an automatic link to your products straight away, do be reassured that we’ll send them out as soon as we spot the problem – usually well within 12 hours. And if you think something’s been overlooked, just drop us an email at the usual address and so long as we’re not sleeping, we’ll sort you out 🙂
